News & Announcements Local partners working together to support transparent, fact-based communications announced the launch of LRDataCentersFacts.com, a new public information website designed to address community questions and concerns about proposed data center developments in the Little Rock area. The website was formally introduced during a news conference held on Tuesday, May 12, at the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) Main Library. The website is a joint effort by the Little Rock Regional Chamber, Central Arkansas Water, Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, and Entergy Arkansas. Together, these organizations are committed to providing clear, accurate, and timely information as conversations around data center projects continue to evolve. “As interest in data center development grows, so do questions from our community,” said Jay Chesshir, President and CEO of the Little Rock Regional Chamber. “We’ve heard those concerns, particularly around water usage, electricity demand, environmental impact, and noise. This website is a direct response, grounded in transparency and facts, to help residents better understand what’s being proposed and how it may affect them.” LRDataCentersFacts.com serves as a centralized hub for information related to key topics, including: Water usage and quality Electricity demand and grid reliability Environmental considerations and sustainability practices Noise levels and mitigation strategies Economic impact and community benefits The site will feature FAQs, project information, and updates as new information becomes available. It is intended to evolve alongside the data center projects and reflect ongoing community input. ### About the Little Rock Regional Chamber The Little Rock Regional Chamber is the principal business-driven leadership organization responsible for fostering the economic growth and development of the Little Rock region to ensure that business and industry may operate profitably and enhance the earning opportunities and quality of life for every citizen.
