L’Oréal USA

North Little Rock is home to L’Oréal USA’s largest global manufacturing plant. The 800,000-square-foot facility, is a model of eco-friendly manufacturing. The company’s energy conservation plan, which includes the third-largest commercial solar panel project in Arkansas, resulted in an 84 percent reduction in CO2 emissions. Behind the L’Oréal plant are more than 450 workers and professionals, many of whom come from Metro Little Rock’s deep and skilled manufacturing workforce.
