Education is a top priority throughout the Metro Little Rock region. The 11-county region is home to over 50 Arkansas school districts, 180 elementary schools, 58 middle schools/junior highs, 75 high schools, 10 colleges and universities, 8 two-year colleges and well over 40 Arkansas private schools. Our elected leaders dedicate time and energy to the continued improvement of our school systems and higher education institutions.
